PALESTINE — Are you looking for a unique idea for your little princess’ birthday party? Jamie’s Therapeutic Touch Day Spa is now offering specialized birthday spa parties for girls of all ages.
“A child’s first visit to a spa can be an enjoyable experience,” Jamie’s owner Jamie Pettiette Rhone said. “Just like the pre-teen party, the birthday girl and her ‘best friends forever’ snuggle into our plush, fluffy robes and slippers and the spa birthday party fun begins. The girls have an authentic spa experience performed by licensed professionals, with girlish twists.”
Each girl is treated to a “glamorous” princess makeover with manicures, light and sparkly make-up and glittery hair topped with a keepsake tiara for each princess to take home, Pettiette-Rhone said.
The all-inclusive packages include: Manicures, painting of the toes, little chocolate facials, kids massage, make-up, face and hair glitter, hair styling, fashion show, party favors and more.
“Next, it’s time to hit the Royal Runway. Princess paparazzi be prepared, it’s a fashion frenzy, princess style! The fun doesn’t stop there we are adding a room filled with little girl dress up clothes. We are going to have racks of princess gowns, boxes of boas, and baskets of jewels, all waiting for your little princesses to enjoy, Pettiette-Rhone said. “It’s tough being a kid. They deserve a day to unwind, have fun and just be a girl. A spa-themed birthday party is a fun and creative way to do something more than just your average birthday party for your little princess.”
A new children’s line of bath and body products is in the works. When they come to the spa they will be able to create their own sundaes, bath gels, lip glosses, shampoos and body lotions, Pettiette-Rhone said.
“We just celebrated a wonderful birthday party for 4- and 5-year-olds. We had so much fun, and we have had lots of responses from it. Now that I have a little girl, we are already talking about what is there to do to celebrate birthday parties for little girls, and of course the spa is the perfect place,” Pettiette-Rhone said. “We can teach them the importance of skin care at a early age, and how to take care of themselves.”
After the first little girl’s birthday party was held for Soprana Kapela, Pettiette-Rhone said she came up with more ideas about what to add to a girl’s birthday party. In the future, they will have a room for playing dress-up and will have their photos taken.
“I want it to be a day to remember. Not only did the little girls leave laughing and being so happy after being there for two hours, the moms were happy as well,” Pettiette-Rhone said. “We are able to do mother daughter spa days, little girls birthday-themed parties, all the way up to teenager, prom, botox, body wrap parties and ladies night out parties.”
